Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident shopping with us.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition

Approved returns are issued as store credit, valid for future releases.

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or incorrect size selection.

First-time orders are eligible for one free size exchange.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at snarksupply.com@gmail.com.  Items sent back without approval cannot be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

In these cases, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

• Items returned worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

All other approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
