Order Processing
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after production. Delivery times may vary by location and carrier volume.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping is available on all orders over $75.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays & Expectations
Because items are made to order, production and delivery times may be extended during peak periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Lost Packages
If your order appears lost or has not arrived by the final estimated delivery date shown in tracking, please contact us at snarksupply.com@gmail.com.  within 14 days so we can assist.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to resolve it
